In case you haven’t noticed yet, yes, we’re more than just photos! Amidst the formidable gust of Crypto winter, we’ve found a new friend to waltz through Web 3.0!

Meet Music Battles, an innovative platform with an ecosystem dedicated to everything about music.

It’s always been our goal to bring more authenticity to digital media. Along with the recent launch of our mainnet, plenty of projects — like Music Battles — are seeking to bring their media files to Web 3.0, and this can easily be facilitated through Numbers Protocol´s technology.

Since 2021, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) associated with digital pictures have brought a lot of revenue as blockchain-based assets. Companies around the globe are working on bringing the technology and experience of NFTs to many diverse industries. One of the fast-growing ecosystems is the music NFTs and digital files.

A song, an audio track, or a stream can also be converted into an NFT to address all creator-related information, including copyright and royalty distribution.

Towards the end of 2022, there have already been plenty of NFT marketplaces that can support music NFTs. But the challenging part is to attract the original target audience from the music industry, to apply the spirit of Web 3.0 (co-create, co-work, and co-earn) into music NFTs. This is what Numbers Protocol and Music Battles are developing.

Music Battles is pioneering the music gaming space with a convergent model that includes both a “Play to Earn” music game along with a dynamic music competition television series. Music Battles is developing the SongSponsors platform (“SongSponsors”) to let musicians license their music for commercial usages, such as advertising, distribution, fan’s collections, copyright, and royalty distribution through its proprietary, U.S. Patent pending process.

Numbers Protocol provides a total solution for the digital media industry including a layer-1 blockchain, asset smart contracts to mint NFTs and distribution of royalties, as well as other tools such as API. Numbers will help users explore and seamlessly adopt Web 3.0 technology.

Music Battles and Numbers intend to co-develop and embed Web3.0 features, including but not limited to decentralized file storage, royalty tracking through smart contracts, on-chain proof of digital media files, etc. into the SongSponsors platform.

This is a visionary partnership to bring the music industry to the next level with Web 3.0. Web 3.0 technology is positioned to revolutionize and disrupt music file authentication, distribution and tracking of underlying royalties, resulting in the transformation of the music publishing business. In addition, this will create new revenue opportunities through secondary markets, streaming, ticketing and virtual events in the Metaverse, giving the power back to the music creators. Today, the music industry is very fragmented, so Web 3.0 allows for transparent and immutable sharing of information across all industry segments.
