We’ve recently launched organization-wide search and improved sharing features so its easier to collaborate using Numeracy than ever. We’ve also refreshed our chart building interface to make it easier to tweak automatically generated charts.

Search

Now you can search for queries and folders by name or contents. Search includes past versions of queries you’ve written as well as queries and folders you have access to elsewhere in your organization.

We recommend searching for a table, column, or SQL function you’re curious about to get a quick look at how useful search can be.

Sharing

Numeracy has always had lightweight sharing via links. Now you can invite specific members to view, run, or edit your queries. Numeracy will suggest frequent collaborators to make sharing fast and easy.

Giving viewers the ability to re-run queries allows you to maintain a query but let people in your organization re-run it themselves so they can get the information they need without hassling you.

Making a space for a team or project to work is now as easy as inviting members to a folder. Everyone in the folder will have access to anything in the folder (with the permissions of your choice) making staying on the same page a breeze.

Chart builder

Visualizing your data is now just a single click away. Numeracy will automatically pick what chart it thinks is best for your query, and there’s now a streamlined interface that gives you all the options for customization in one place. As you iterate on your query Numeracy will also keep your chart in sync.

We’ll have a lot more improvements to charts coming soon.
