Numi Club — crypto platform centered around a content-driven economy, where users can create, buy, and sell In-game NFT assets for Numi Shards ($NUMI) in the Metaverse marketplace, raise funds through the Crowdfunding platform, and soon can trade virtual real estate in Metaverse Map. Numi Club offers an opportunity for users to monetize their creations and engage with the wider Numi community.

What is the Metaverse marketplace?
The Metaverse Marketplace is a platform where users can buy, and sell in-game NFT assets, such as clothes and other items for use within the Numiverse. The format of the assets is not limited to images and can include text files, audio and video files, animations, usernames, mystery boxes, items for apartments or games, and in the future, more complex assets for creators such as plugins, parts of code, components, 3D models, effects, and more. The marketplace can also host NFT assets that have applications not just in Numiverse but also in partner projects.
Where to use NFTs?
NFT can be used in all Numi Ecosystem products: Numi Stories, Numi R, and Numi Quest. For example, you can buy NFT clothes on the marketplace and use them in games! They will give some additional ability to the user and make the game experience really vivid.
What types of items are available in the Metaverse Marketplace?
There are two main types of items in the Marketplace: Exclusive Items and Limited Items. Exclusive Items are unique, one-of-a-kind NFTs, while Limited Items represent identical items produced in multiple copies (such as a table produced in a thousand copies). Both Exclusive and Limited Items are combined into a single collection based on the author’s trademark.
What is a Crowdfunding platform?
Numi Crowdfunding is a platform that enables creators to raise funds for their ideas and provides investors with the opportunity to invest in promising projects. This platform utilizes the benefits of both NFTs and cryptocurrency, thereby creating a novel fundraising and investment model that is particularly advantageous to creators working in the fields of art, gaming, and entertainment.
Through the crowdfunding mechanism, a creator can create a page with a description and roadmap of their project and start collecting investments for individual milestones. This phased approach reduces risks for investors.
For the automatic distribution of income from the realization of a project through crowdfunding, the mechanism of revenue sharing is used. This mechanism works using a special smart contract and CF tokens, unique to each project.

Crypto crowdfunding on the Numi Club platform carries minimal risk due to the implementation of a milestone-based review process that ensures the progress of the project. In the event of project closure, unused funds are guaranteed to be returned to investors.
