Hello again Nutralete family!

As promised, we are dedicated to giving you the most unique and innovative experience to assist you in achieving your goals. Since our last update, we have been working extra hard behind the scenes to discover what you, our beloved users, need the most. Hold on to your dumbbells because the new Nutralete Check-in function has arrived!

Keeping ease of use and speed in mind, we have formulated our new update to suit your needs. Alongside your personalised nutrition targets, you can now use our ‘Check-in’ function to log the body measurements you value the most — not restricted to weight.

As you can see from the picture above, our new interactive measurement graph gives you the flexibility to log what, and when you like. This includes your waist, hips, neck, chest, biceps, thighs, and calves (really all of these!)

We appreciate that every individual has differing health and fitness goals, and methods of achieving them. While some of you may just be focused on strength or overall athletic performance, others will be aiming to cut body fat, make booty gains, or even grow those all important T-shirt muscles (yes gents I’m talking to you)…

We also recognise that the human body can be extremely unpredictable. Whilst the scale has it’s uses, especially for those competing within a weight category — shout out to the powerlifters,Olympic weightlifters, and competitive fighters — it will not always be the best measure of progress. For example changing body composition, particularly muscle gain, means that fat loss isn’t always revealed on the scales. Additionally, a little thing called life, I.e eating, stress, hormones, time of day etc… makes our weight fluctuate continuously. It is capable of changing even from morning to night; this is dependant on what we eat and if our bodies are prone to holding onto water weight. We have all felt the food baby, am I right?

It is so important to have a secondary indicator, so here at Nutralete, we want to give you the power of of multi-value tracking. Check out below just how easy it can be…

You will find the Check-in feature in the main menu along with your personalised ‘Diary’, ‘Goals’, and ‘Settings’. When first taken to the empty progress graph, simply click on the ‘Add’ button to select the body measurements you wish to log. Choose the date of measurement and value in inches (or kg if you choose to track your weight); it is as easy as that!

The graph has been formulated specifically with your interests in mind; we value your time as much as you do. It is precious, especially when there are gains to be made. Therefore, when you have entered your desired data, our multi-zoom feature makes everything very clear, meaning evaluating your progress over time has just become a lot easier!
