Nutraletes assemble!

We have some fantastic new features in the upcoming release which will make achieving your goals just that little bit easier.

The upcoming update for your Nutralete app will have a lot of cool features which we’re sure you will love! Have a peek:

Sneak peek of the new features

‘My Meal’

New My Meal functionality

This is the BIG one! A whole new function which will allow you to add and save full meals. This means that if there are certain meals that you eat regularly, you will not have to enter each food individually anymore. Just give it a name and select from My Meal menu any time you want to use it. Some of us have 30 or more entries every day which is about 2.3 minutes (according to our very scientific research)per one meal. Which means that you just saved yourself 9 minutes a day.. which equals to a whole hour a week! We really could keep that going into months and years but you get the point. All that time can be spent lifting or in bed. Use it wisely.

We have a simple list of steps to help you get started with ‘My Meal’. It can be found at How to create My Meal and How to use My Meal .

Meal Details

Now showing details for each meal

You can now view macros for each meal with only one click.

So you know when you’re trying to make sure you have enough protein in your meal for serious gains? Or when you want to check that your pre-workout meal has enough carbs to fuel your training? This is place. We’ve even added a total calories for the meal AND all values (when entering) now display decimal places.

Now you have the power and the necessary tools to perform various kinds of scientific analysis on your saturday fry up… If you wish to do so. But you may just want to keep a more detailed diary. That’s also OK and equally as awesome.

Delete via Swipe

Delete button

Previously you had to click on the item that you wanted to delete, open the item details and delete in the bottom right hand corner.

It would have been criminal if we did not simplify that process. For any unwanted items in your diary like a ‘My Meal’ or ‘My Food’ just swipe left and click delete. Easy!

We hope you enjoy using the new and improved Nutralete and we look forward to hearing from you if you have any comments and/or suggestions on support

For those of you who haven’t even joined the Nutrale family yet, you can download it here. We look forward to tracking your macros :).

Time to achieve Nutraletes!

Yours truly,

Lola @Nutralete
