I wanted to make an easy, no-bake seasonal treat that didn’t have too much sugar. So I came up w/ these Dark Chocolate Gingerbread Cups.

They are the perfect 4-ingredient goodie to put you in the HOLIDAY SPIRIT. Think of them as a seasonal version of peanut butter cups

INGREDIENTS (makes 12 cups)
1/4 cup creamy almond butter
2 teaspoons molasses
1 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 cup no-added-sugar dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
✅In a small bowl, stir together almond butter, molasses, and ginger & set aside.
✅Melt the chocolate chips.
✅Prep a mini-muffin tin w/ 12 paper liners. Put 1/2 tablespoon melted chocolate into each. Freeze for 5 minutes.
✅Remove from freezer and to each one add 1 teaspoon almond butter mixture & top with 1/2 tablespoon melted chocolate.
✅Refrigerate for 5 minutes & enjoy. Keeps in fridge for up to 2 weeks or in freezer for up to 6 months.
