It’s natural to want a little something sweet after lunch & dinner.

What we are really craving is a “taste transition,” which is a change in flavor to help our mind & taste

buds feel “done” eating.

Instead of letting after-meal sweets & treats sabotage you…

Satisfy your sweet tooth w/ dessert favored tea.

Dessert Flavored Tea
fun way to end a meal to satisfy a sweet tooth

Dessert teas have no calories & come in all sorts of delish flavors.

I’ve never been a huge tea lover, but I gotta tell ya…there are some great dessert flavored teas out there!

Some of my favorites:

Chocolate Mint

Chocolate Orange

Apple Cinnamon

Toasted Almond

Maple Ginger

Gingerbread

Do they really taste like dessert, no.
Do they help w/ a sweet tooth, YES!

Tea Tips:
— Many teas have artificial flavors in them! Yuck. Be sure to read ingredients on labels & choose teas that are just a blend of tea & natural flavors.
— Choose herbal, caffeine-free versions especially if you are drinking this at night, after dinner!

It’s time to get this parTEA started!
