FROZEN GREEN JUICE BAGS

Add these 3 ingredients into individual quart-sized bags & store in the freezer:

1) LEMON (1/2 lemon, peeled)
Lemon 🍋 contains immune-boosting vitamin C. Plus, sour & bitter foods reset taste buds to help you crave less sweet stuff.
2) SPINACH (1–2 cups)
Spinach 🌿 is good for just about everything. It has disease-fighting antioxidant vitamins A, C, E…calcium & magnesium for bone health…iron & vitamin K for healthy blood…carotenoids for healthy eyes & skin…potassium for heart health…and it can even aid in weight loss.
3) BERRIES (1/2 cup)
Berries provide antioxidant-rich sweetness. Plus, they are fiber superstars ⭐️!

When you want to enjoy a quick green juice, just blend bag contents w/ 1 cup water for 15 seconds.
