How OLD Do You FEEL?

I was recently introduced to a new TERM & I’m obsessed…it’s called “SUBJECTIVE AGE.”

SUBJECTIVE AGE is the age that you FEEL rather than what your birth certificate says.

People can feel older or younger than they actually are. And…RESEARCH has found that IF YOU FEEL YOUNGER (“have a lower subjective age”) it can actually help you:
-Live LONGER
-Be HEALTHIER
-Feel HAPPIER

BOTTOM LINE: It’s not just a fun or cute idea to want to feel younger…it actually can improve everything.💥

>>> Start Feeling Younger <<<

Here’s how…

1. Do Different

Research suggests that to feel younger, you have to be open to new experiences. Get tickets to a concert, sign-up for a different fitness class, or experiment with a new hobby.

2. Hit the Hay

The only time your body can truly restore itself is when you’re asleep. If you have trouble sleeping, try Moon Milk. It contains tart cherries, a natural source of melatonin for better sleep.

3. Walk Faster

Research finds the older someone feels, the slower they walk. So if you want to feel more vibrant, pick up the pace from point A to point B. Plus active people have cells that are 9 years younger than sedentary people.

4. Eat Leafy Greens

One study found people who eat about a 1/2 cup of leafy greens each day have the memory of those 11 years younger.

5. Use Positivity

Instead of thinking that getting older sucks… research finds you will feel younger & healthier if you keep a positive attitude toward aging. Repeat things like “Everyday I am more energetic, vibrant, and strong.”

In the wise words of a TV reality show housewife:
Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter. 💫
