Have healthy intentions, but then life gets in the way?! You’re not alone.

You may have perfectly scheduled your exercise & healthy eating, but then you work late, go out w/ friends, or just feel too tired…and end up not following through with your initial plan.

Well guess what. That’s normal. Life happens. Successful people don’t always follow their healthy plan A. Successful people have a backup plan…a HALF-ASS plan B.

Success does NOT happen to those with a perfect plan A, it happens to those with a strong, HALF-ASS plan B.

Half-assers find healthy ways to cut corners…

Plan A: Make a side salad. Half-Ass: Throw raw veggie sticks on your plate.

Plan A: Meal plan for hours. Half-Ass: Plan just a few meals/week. Use my Delicious Monotony system.

Plan A: Meditate each morning. Half Ass: Inhale/exhale for 16 seconds to feel more present & less frazzled.

Plan A: Take a 60-minute workout class. Half-Ass: Try a 7-minute full body workout or 12.5-minute sprint workout.

Plan A: Turn off electronics 2 hours before bed. Half-Ass: Use electronics w/ blue light blocking glasses for better sleep like these or these.

Plan A: Cook breakfast/lunch/dinner. Half-Ass: Enjoy NO COOK meals like overnight oatmeal, tahini twister and lazy day tacos.
