Lazy Veggie Dips

I’m trying to eat more veggies as snacks.

My FAVORITE way to snack on more veggies is to DIP them in something DELISH! So…

I’ve come up w/ 6 LAZY VEGGIE DIPS that are ridiculously easy to make anytime.

No recipe or kitchen equipment needed. Just stir the ingredients together…

yogurt + harissa
Try this w/ carrots. Harissa is a spicy chili pepper paste.

yogurt + blue cheese
Try this w/ celery. Add a little hot sauce for kick.

yogurt + dill + feta
Try this w/ cucumber. Also delish w/ cherry tomatoes.

tahini + everything seasoning

Try this w/ bell pepper. Add warm water to make it a little thinner.

peanut butter + rice vinegar

Try this w/ broccoli. This is basically an easy peanut vinaigrette! Also delish w/ a little added cayenne.

Try this w/ jicama sticks. It’s short-cut guac. Fiesta baby.

I make these dips for myself & keep extras in the fridge for up to 3 days.

These dips are awesome additions to party platters, too.
