I love banana bread! But classic recipes are full of empty calories from white flour & sugar. And even the healthy-ish recipes aren’t that healthy because they are loaded w/ sweeteners.

So…..when your banana bread craving strikes make yourself THESE banana bread muffins made w/

BUCKWHEAT FLOUR + NO ADDED SUGAR!

NO ADDED SUGAR
How can that be?!??! Well… the natural sweetness comes from bananas and sugar swaps like cinnamon & vanilla.

BUCKWHEAT 101
Despite its misleading name, buckwheat is NOT WHEAT at all. The pseudo grain (like quinoa) is actually aseed and it’s completely gluten-free.

It’s been linked to lowering cholesterol and stabilizing blood sugar levels, thanks to its impressive soluble fiber content.

They’re gluten-free + grain-free + vegan! Each muffin has 4g filling fiber + 3g plant protein + only 120 calories. Plus, they’re an awesome source of energy enhancing iron + mood boosting magnesium.

Eat Me:
I love these muffins for breakfast paired with some kale + eggs. They are also great crumbled on top of plain greek yogurt.

Butter Me Up:
Since there’s no butter or oil in the batter you can add a little fat on top.
Consider spreading on a dollop of almond butter, coconut butter, or grass-fed butter before you eat it.
