I do like something sweet after dinner. Kombucha and dark chocolate work, but your girl is always craving fresh ideas…

It’s officially the season where you have to put PUMPKIN SPICE in all. the. things. So I whipped up a batch of…Pumpkin Spice Nice Cream. It’s made with just 3-ingredients, has no-sugar-added, and leaves you feeling all fall like and festive. 🍂

Here’s how to make
Pumpkin Spice Nice Cream
In a blender or food processor, purée 2 peeled, chopped, frozen bananas + 1/4 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin puree + heaping 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice until creamy.

Dig in, it’s ready to eat right away. Or freeze & let thaw for 5–7 minutes before eating.
It’s delish as is or you can top w/ crushed nuts or cocoa nibs.

Makes 2 servings.

Nutrition Stats (1 serving): 110 calories, 3g fiber, 15g natural sugar, 0g added sugar

Why I LOVE this recipe:
👉It satisfies a sweet tooth while providing a dose of fruits & veggies.
👉Pumpkin has skin-building vitamin A, immune-boosting vitamin C, and filling fiber.
👉Flavorful spices like cinnamon & nutmeg are the ultimate sugar swaps. They mimic natural sweetness on the tongue to get you thinking you’re eating sugar but you’re not. 😜

Got Leftovers: Here’s what to do with your leftover pumpkin puree.
