The break I thought I needed

Within the period of my first writeversary, I felt the need to take time off writing. This was supposed to help me redefine a few things, especially the direction this blog was going to take.

On one of those days, while reflecting on my why, it didn’t take too long for me to realize that there was no direct answer to what I sought.

I may not have all the answers, but I gained some form of clarity in that period, and for now, that’s what I’m holding on to.

Sometimes, in our quest for maps, guides, aids, or paths, we find that the answers we seek have been there all along. We just need the journey of the search to realign our hearts to how they’re supposed to be.

Searching for more, often gets us overwhelmed, and makes us miss out on the important things. That, can also cripple our progress and stifle our creativity. So, whenever you find this happening, please, take a step back and relax. God has your back, and He will take care of you, even when you can’t see the streak of light at the end.
