Well, It is hard to setup infrastructure for Private blockchain for Proof of Concept hence SAAS (Software as a service) providers e.g. Microsoft Azure, IBM Bluemix etc. provides the users to deploy any Blockchain technology network and platform by just few clicks.
It is easy way to test the Blockchain and do the Proof of Concept hence you would be more focus on you use-case.
Microsoft Azure
It provides Blockchain-as-a-Service on Azure Cloud.It provides more flexibility than other providers.
Highly scale-able, flexible BAAS platform.
IBM Bluemix
It has limited configurations.It supports Hyperledger Fabric only.
Amazon EC2 Cloud
It provides Amazon Machine Template along with options of various Blockchain Platform e.g. Hyperledger Saw-tooth, Ethereum etc.
