Problem statement
Time: 3 days
With COVID-19 all the hospitals are running at full capacity serving mostly Corona cases and all other health treatments have taken a backseat. People with other health ailments and chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, etc need regular follow-ups and remote care via mobile, web, and teleconference.
01. Usecase Scenario
What are innovative solutions or business models to help drive remote health by providing necessary treatment to the patients during COVID times?
02. Objective
The objective of the application is to provide instant remote health services to the employees and their families.
Who we are designing solutions for and why?
We are designing the solution for the employees of the company reason being
1) As they are easily reachable, we can understand their needs and wants towards the application.
2) Short span of time so smaller target audience.
What is the solution that you’re providing?
We are providing an interface, i.e. an application that allows instant chat, video consultation with the best doctors.
How it is different from others?
We are providing features like
Request Emergency: This allows employees to connect with the doctors immediately, like Heart Attacks, Low Blood Pressure, and Acid Attack, which immediately needs attention.
Option to deduct money from future salary: The user would get the option to deduct it from future salary.
How it will benefit the company and employees?
For the Company
- Reduction in employees' sick leaves.
2. Providing good services to the employees will encourage them.
For the Employees
- Less stress from the financial perspective to the employees as the application provides deduction from future salary.
2. Employees will feel trusted when it comes to the application as it is connected to the company.
Firstly I researched and analyzed the audience and according I developed an empathy map to understand the audience better.
Thereafter I started building up the solutions and keeping in mind what innovative things I can get into this application.
With the solutions in place, I developed the high-fidelity mockup.
