New Video Helps NYC Human Service Agencies Collaborate with the Nonprofit Sector on Program and Service Design

New York Nonprofit Media has developed an introductory video on The Guide to Collaborative Communication with Human Services Providers, which is a step-by-step communication guide to help New York City human service agencies collaborate with the nonprofit sector on program and service design.

The guide, which was developed collaboratively by NYC Opportunity, the Nonprofit Resiliency Committee, and the Mayor’s Office of Contract services, was written to help agencies develop effective strategies for communicating with key stakeholders while conforming with the requirements of the Procurement Policy Board of the City of New York.
