Highlights
FY21 Tentative Assessment Roll — ASSESSED LAND VALUE (AssessLand), ASSESSED TOTAL VALUE (AssessTot), and EXEMPT TOTAL VALUE (ExemptTot) have been updated to reflect the Department of Finance’s FY21 Tentative Assessment Roll.
Data Quality Improvement — Version 20v2 fixes a problem with the number of buildings (NumBldgs) for condominiums.
Brand New Workflow — Starting from version 20v2, PLUTO production is 100% automated with the help of Github Actions. We are fully embracing CI/CD best practices and brining Open Data production to a new level of consistency and transparency. For more details, checkout the PLUTO Github repo below:
