Godspeed soldier.

Welcome to class, sit your ass down and listen up. You maggot of a man, spineless worm that you are. Beneath the dirt, and grime, and gunk, and the decomposers of this world. You poser in words, fake knowledge you’ve obtained. For you know nothing. And if there is one thing that you should learn, it is that you know nothing. And that’s okay.

Spineless worm.

Entering life, get your ass up and get to work. Godspeed soldier, the maggot of a man you are. Within the clustering bustle of a city, with towering steel and endless rivers of flesh, running over beds of concrete. Kiddo, I dunno how you’ll find yourself, but you will. Fill your time with activity. Go with the flow. Get practicing. Get going.

Maggot of a man.

Enjoy it while it lasts, it will go fast. You spineless worm. Godspeed soldier, the man that you are. Don’t wait or hesitate. Be present, grace others with your presence. Your essence, evanescence. Gone too soon. Accept that things will change, and you too are Theseus. Mindfulness, endless abyss. You’ll keep traveling on.

Decomposing.

Be patient with yourself. You are the product of a child. And just as a flower blooms, the reminisce of nutrients lives within you. Within time, you will become the maggots, become the worms, become the speed of God. But not now. The author isn’t ready as the subject isn’t ready. But you never will be. And so I say: Godspeed soldier.

I love you.

Me.
