[TechHolic] The cryptocurrency exchange Blue Belt said it signed MOU with Monstercube known as the developer of the restaurant application Syrup Table at 10 a.m. on Monday.

Blue Belt is a multinational cryptocurrency exchange that runs cryptocurrency exchanges in Japan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Myanmar. It will provide a system that can be traded in legal currency in more than seven countries, including USD, JPY, EUR, PHP, MMK and MYR.

Blue Belt is registered with Australian government agencies as an exchange company, and has already acquired licenses in Estonia and the Philippines. It is applying for a license in Japan and is working to commercialize it by establishing a platform that can trade the world’s first secure token. As a first step, the company is currently licensed to trade in security tokens in Estonia.

Meanwhile, after landing in the local market, Blue Belt is continuing its efforts to expand its business by actively linking it to various companies. Recently, it signed MOU with PIXEL, Gentlmars, Sigma Chain, Token Insight, Coin Planet and Golden Blocko. The MOU with Monster Cube is also aimed at finding good blockchain technology and listing high-quality cryptocurrency, it said.

Monster Cube is the operator of Korea’s №1 restaurant app SyrupTable. Through Soda Blockchain Service, the Syruptable app can be converted to DApp to receive cryptocurrency compensation only through services such as the Social Dining Content specialized in flavoring, post-production and gatherings, and food sharing. Each game or ARG platform is available. It has also recently focused on expanding its on- and off-line infrastructure for commercializing cryptocurrency such as real-life designated shopping malls, national designated dry cleaners, delivery riders, webtoons and golf Academy.

“The MOU with Monster Cube will contribute to an environment where cryptocurrency is used easily in daily life,” said Bang Kyu-chul, CEO of Blue Belt Korea. “We expect to improve awareness of cryptocurrency in Korea and contribute to development.”
