Introduction

The Oasis Church Trust is looking to expand its staff team to recruit a Community Hub Manager, who will lead on the delivery of community services at the church building on South Street under the South Street Community Hub (SSCH) banner, the development of both community partnerships and external hiring offers, the raising of the profile of the Hub and the raising of funds to support its ongoing development and expansion.

Essential Details

Hours: 30–37.5 hours (4–5 days) per week (negotiable)
Salary: £26–30K per annum pro-rata (dependant on experience)
Contract: 12 months, fixed term contract

The principle tasks associated with this role include:

  • Maintaining and developing the provision of community services hosted at South Street which meet a need within the local community.
  • Maintaining and developing the external hiring offer of the SSCH, incorporating both commercial and community opportunities.
  • Overseeing building management and providing administrative support for bookings at South Street.
  • Seeking to raise the profile of the SSCH and raise funds to support its ongoing development.
