9th February 2015

Important Info: This week and next, due to a funfair, access to the Cricket Ground will be via the CONSTANCE ROAD gate (normally closed). There will be no access via the usual Edgbaston Road gate for cars or pedestrians. Click here for a map of how to get from the usual entrance to the entrance for these two Sundays

Sunday 15th February

Lockharts Leaving Lunch — In the morning, Gus will be continuing our ‘I Am’ series speaking about Jesus as “the light of the world”. Alongside that, Pete, Cheryl and their family are heading off to Brazil on the 25th February, so we’ll be hearing some of their story and sending them off this week. 10:30am for 10:45am at Edgbaston, followed by a ‘bring & share’ lunch afterwards from 12:45pm. There will be a few kids activities available for the little-ones, and it’ll be a great opportunity to hang out and say goodbye before they fly out!

Sunday 22nd February

Creative Worship Encounter — A night to connect with God through music and arts in a really relaxed style. There’ll be lots of different creative expressions and strands, all united by a common desire to encounter God’s presence through worship. It’s on from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Oasis Suite, and all are welcome!

Saturday 23rd to Tuesday 26th May 2015

Catalyst Festival — That’s right, the Catalyst Festival is coming! The next price break is on the 28th February, so it’ll be cheaper to book in now than closer to the event. It’s looking like being another fantastic year, and a great time away as a whole church. Click here for more details, or click here to book in! If you’d be interested in serving, talk to Adrian to find out more and save some money on your place!

Wednesday 11th February

Impact — This week, we’re retuning to the Hare and Hounds in King’s Heath for another instalment of Impact! We’re joined by Is I Cinema, My Autumn Empire and Michael Dornan for a mix of complementary styles and an evening of quality local music. It gets underway at 8pm for £1! Sunday 22nd February

Bridge Supporters Lunch — Every year, we take some time out to thank those who have supported The Bridge both financially and through prayer, share some stories and look forward to the year ahead. After the service we’re putting on a free lunch; a great opportunity to learn more about the heart of the Bridge Project. Alongside this we’ll be doing a Street Teams Relaunch, where all are welcome to find out more about our work serving the homeless of Birmingham and get involved with a team heading out to the streets to distribute food, drinks and clothing.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
