Bringing ROSE to the BoringDAO Multi-Chain Ecosystem

We’re excited to announce that we’re integrating ROSE and the Oasis Network with BoringDAO. Through this collaboration ROSE will gain multi-chain support through BoringDAO’s multi-chain bridge, allowing ROSE to be easily transferred across networks like Ethereum, BSC, Avalanche, Polkadot and more.

At its core, BoringDAO is a fully decentralized multi-chain asset bridge driven by DAO. It has the capacity to connect digital assets across any smart-contract enabled blockchain platforms. In addition to bridging networks, BoringDAO offers staking services in a range of assets such as BTC, LTC and $BOR.

Our collaboration will bring the full suite of BoringDAO’s services to the Oasis Network and will leverage the Oasis-Eth ParaTimes unique support for EVM smart contracts to run:

• A direct bridge between oBTC, oLTC and BOR that will allow for wrapped tokens to be brought to the Oasis Network with a single click.
• A new Boring Farm, that will allow individuals to stake and mine BTC, LTC, BOR and ROSE directly on the Oasis-Eth ParaTime.

Enki Yan, the founder of BoringDAO, said “We are fully aware that the data economy and privacy network provided by Oasis Network are necessary components of the future blockchain, so we are very willing to provide the necessary multi-chain support for Oasis Network.”

In addition, BoringDAO plans to develop a native, two way “tunnel” with the Oasis and Bitcoin Network — giving the Oasis Network direct access to Bitcoin. Combined with the development of our own Ethereum Bridge, BoringDAO’s numerous integrations will help expand the scope and reach of ROSE and the Oasis Network. These powerful cross-network primitives will help unlock our vision for privacy-enabled DeFi — giving developers and users alike access to new financial vehicles and digital assets outside of the Oasis Network.

BoringDAO has already announced they have begun development of their Oasis-ETH bridge and farming protocol, and hope to release them in the coming month. Their other initiatives are well into the planning phase, and we hope to share more on that front soon. We’re eager to see this partnership come to life, and look forward to further collaborations as we seek to expand access to the Oasis Network and privacy-enabled DeFi.
