옵저버 W-Station 5차 배포를 진행합니다.
참여 희망자께서는 아래 내용을 확인하신 후 신청해주시길 바랍니다.
▶ 프로세스
① W-Station “설치조건”에 부합하는 장소를 제공하시는 분들에 한하여 신청을 받습니다.
② 옵저버팀에서 신청된 장소를 종합적으로 고려하여 참여자를 선정합니다.
③ 선정된 분(이하 ‘참여자’)은 옵저버팀으로 보증금을 송금합니다.
④ 참여자는 W-Station 및 라우터를 수령하신 후 신청했던 장소에 직접 W-Station을 설치하시고 설치완료 인증을 합니다. ( W-Station : 실외설치 / 라우터 : 실내설치 )
※ 인증 : 옵저버 팀에 설치완료 사진 송부, 옵저버팀에서 설치 사진과 데이터 수신 상태 확인
⑤ 참여자는 분기별로 사전에 정해진 obsr토큰을 보상 받습니다.

▶ 일정
- 신청자 접수 : 9/30 ~10/14
- 선정자 발표 : 10/15 ~ 10/18
- 보증금 납부 : 10/19 ~ 10/26
- 관측기 설치 : 10/27 ~ 11/10
- 관측기 테스트 : 11/11 ~ 11/21
- 보상적용 : 11/22~
※ 선정자 발표는 이메일을 통하여 개별 연락을 드립니다. (전화,문자 및 카카오톡 등 연락 불가)
※ 거래소 스왑 일정에 따라 보증금 납부기간이 변경될 수 있습니다.
※ 보증금 납부기간 변경시 나머지 일정도 조정될 수 있습니다.
▶ 설치조건
- W-Station 고정이 용이한 건물 (최고 5층까지만 가능, 지역 무방)
- 전원 공급이 가능하며 실내외 설치가 가능한 곳 (실내 : 라우터 / 실외 : W-Station)
- 설치 위치의 상(하)좌우에 나무, 간판 등의 장애물이 없을 것
- 설치면이 어두운 색 또는 열반사 재질이 아닐 것
- 설치 인근에 에어컨 등의 실외기나 환풍기가 없을 것
- 설치위치가 바람골이 형성될 수 있는 좁은 골목길이 아닐 것
▶ 보증금
- 참여자는 보증금 33,000 obsr을 별도 안내에 따라 송금
- 보증금 납부 기간내에 미납시 자동 취소 (별도의 납부기한 연장 없음)
※ 거래소별로 입출금 제한에 걸릴 수 있기에 납부기한 이전에 처리할 것 권장
▶ 보상
- (관측 데이터 QC과정 없이) W-Station 당 분기별로 39,600 obsr 지급
※ 보상 배분 : 참여자 33,000 obsr / 옵저버 재단 6,600 obsr
※ 재단 앞 6,600 obsr 은 라우터비, 통신비, 기타 유지/보수비에 충당
- 금년 12월말부터 지급되며 이후 분기말 보상 지급
- 전원 오류 및 기기 유지/보수로 자료 전송 실패시 보상 토큰 차감
- 최초 보상은 약 17,400 obsr 지급 예정 (재단 보상분 포함)
(= 11/22부터 12월말까지 40일 보상분)
▶ 신청방법
- 상기 설치 조건에 해당하는 곳에 W-Station 설치 및 운영이 가능한 분은 아래링크로 구체적인 설치 위치 정보 및 사진 자료를 옵저버에 제출

▶ 주의사항
- 참여자는 W-Station 수령 후 일정내에 신청했던 장소에 W-Station을 직접 설치 완료 후 인증
- 옵저버 팀의 요청에 대한 신속한 협조 필요 (비협조에 따른 불이익 있음)
※ 전원 재접속, 기기 청소, 오작동 기기 회수, 업그레이드 버전으로의 교체 등
- 신청했던 장소에서 12개월이상 정상적으로 데이터가 들어왔을 때 보증금 회수 가능
※ 참여자는 12개월 후 W-Station 반납하여 보증금 회수하거나 관측 및 보상 지속
※ 일시적인 데이터 끊김 및 옵저버 팀 요청에 따른 데이터 손실은 정상적으로 데이터 들어온 것으로 간주
- 설치 장소에서 발생되는 문제는 신청자 본인 책임
※ 집주인 변경에 따른 분쟁, W-Station 누전 및 낙하에 따른 피해 보상 발생, W-Station 도난, 파손 등
- 참여자의 관리 소홀에 의한 W-Station 및 라우터 파손 혹은 고장시 참여자 앞 비용 청구
- 정상적인 관측에 대한 보상 기간은 최대 24개월입니다.

5th Release of Observer W-Station will commence.
If you wish to participate in the 5th release of W-Station, please check the details below and apply.
▶ Process
① Applications are accepted only for those who provide a place that meets the W-Station installation conditions.
② Participants are selected by comprehensively considering the location of installation by the observer team.
③ The selected person (hereinafter ‘participant’) will remit the deposit to the observer team.
④ After receiving the W-Station and router for free, the participant installs the W-Station directly at the requested location and authenticates the installation completion (W-Station: Outdoor / Router: Indoor)
※ Authentication: Sending the installation completion picture to the observer team, and confirming the installation picture and data reception status
⑤ Participants are rewarded with obsr tokens quarterly.

▶ Schedule
-Application acceptance: 9/30 ~ 10/14
-Announcement of the winners: 10/15 ~ 10/18
- Payment of deposit : 10/19 ~ 10/26
-Observer installation: 10/27 ~ 11/10
-Observer testing: 11/11 ~ 11/21
-Reward application: 11/22~
※ Announcement of the winners will be done individually through e-mail (Unable to contact via phone, text, Kakao Talk, etc)
※ The period of deposit payment may change depending on the exchange swap schedule.
※ If the period of deposit payment is changed, the rest of the schedule can be adjusted.
▶ Installation conditions
-W-Station can be easily fixed (up to 5 floors only, regardless of area)
-Power supply and indoor/outdoor installation
(Indoor: Router / Outdoor: W-Station)
-There should be no obstacles such as trees or signs at the top (bottom) left and right of the installation location.
-The installation surface should not be dark or heat reflective material
-No outdoor units such as air conditioners or ventilation fans near the installation
-The installation location should not be a narrow alleyway where wind can be formed.
▶ Deposit
-Participants send a deposit of 33,000 obsr according to the instructions of the observer team.
-Automatic cancellation if payment is not made within the deposit payment period and no additional payment term extension.
-As each exchange may be subject to deposit and withdrawal restrictions, it is recommended that payment be processed in advance before the due date.
▶ Reward
-(Without observation data QC process) 39,600 obsr paid quarterly per W-Station
※ Reward distribution: 33,000 obsr for participants / 6,600 obsr for Observer Foundation
※ 6,600 obsr will be used by the foundation to cover for router and monthly communication costs and maintenance costs.
※ If data transmission fails due to power failure or device maintenance/repair, compensation token will be deducted.
-Payment from the end of September of this year and compensation at the end of the quarter there after
※ The initial compensation is about 17,400 obsr (including Observer Foundation’s reward)
(= about 40 days from 11/22 to 12/31)
▶ How to apply
-If you are able to install and operate W-Station in a place that meets the above installation conditions, please submit detailed installation location information and photo data to the observer through the link below.

▶ Caution
-After receiving the W-Station, the participant must install the W-Station directly at the place they applied for within the specified period and then authenticate
-Need for prompt cooperation in response to the request of the observer team (disadvantages will be applied for non-cooperation)
※ Reconnect power supply, clean equipment, recover malfunctioning equipment, replace to upgraded version, etc.
-Deposit can be returned when data is received normally for more than 12 months at the place where you applied
※ Participants return the W-Station after 12 months to collect the deposit or continue to observe and compensate
※ Temporary data loss and data loss due to the request of the observer team are considered to have been received normally.
-The applicant is responsible for any problems occurring at the installation site.
※ Disputes due to change of landlord, compensation for damage due to short circuit or W-Station breakage, theft, damage of W-Station, etc.
-In case of damage or failure of the W-Station and router due to the participant’s negligence, fee maybe charged to the participant
-The maximum compensation period for normal observation is 24 months.
