Calling All Preppies!!
How cool is this!! Bayside’s favorite hangout spot, The Max is temporarily located in Hollywood. That’s right “preppies!” You can now hangout at the “Saved by the Bell” theme pop up diner for a limited of time.
If you grew up in 90’s, then you totally remember waking up Saturday mornings to catch your favorite gang. The “Saved by the Max” restaurant was built to look exactly like the TV show’s hangout spot. There you will find the colorful diner booths, the neon signs, the vintage arcade games, the locker rooms and your favorite cast; Zack, Kelly, A.C Slater, Lisa, Jessie and the ever so annoying Screech. Well, no not actually them, but you’ll find their faces there!
Here preppies, jocks and nerds alike can grab a bite to eat on dishes like the A.C Sliders, The Kelly Kapowski Monte Cristo ,the Mac & Screech or Snow White and the Seven Dorks(chicken wings) were among fan favorites. The restaurant’s menu is themed after characters, episodes and places. I ordered the Bayside Burger, which was just a normal burger, but let’s get real, my friends and I didn’t necessarily come for the food. We came for the experience the nostalgia and for those great photo opportunities.
Our entire Bayside High experience was pretty cool, totally transported us back to the 90's.If you are a die hard fan of Saved by the Bell, then Saved by the Max is a must before it permanently vanishes.
