Cardano Wallet Start-up CardWallet Announced as Occelerator Incubator Project
The Occam Association announces today that Cardwallet, a tailor-made wallet with an associated token for the Cardano ecosystem, has successfully passed the first stages of the Occelerator incubator program. CardWallet’s expert team will focus their energies on building Cardano’s first non-custodial full-featured wallet for Cardano native tokens. CardWallet joins THEOS as one of the first projects to pass through the Occelerator incubator.
In addition to offering out-of-the-box support for Cardano native assets, CardWallet will enable cross-chain swaps of hundreds of assets across multiple underlying blockchain protocols, with access to deep liquidity through CardWallet’s exchange partners for Cardano native tokens. CardWallet will be available as a mobile app for both iOS and Android.
With a strong focus on user-friendly interfaces and a seamless user experience, CardWallet will provide access to all Cardano-based tokens for storage, exchange, and trading. As a privacy-centred wallet solution, there is no registration or personal information required to use CardWallet’s wallet functionality. CardWallet plans to offer ADA delegation natively through their app, as well as return optimization mechanisms for other Cardano native token staking and yield-generating products.
CardWallet will support Visa, Mastercard, and ApplePay fiat to crypto payments from launch — with minimal transaction fees and 30-second fixed rates.
