The Octopus Network is happy to announce that TrustRecruit has decided pursue Appchain Candidacy.
TrustRecruit is a novel NFT Resume Marketplace that uses NFT technology to verify and store education, skills, and performance details of job seekers. TrustRecruit’s proprietary AI engine then matches the NFT Resumes with relevant job listings.
Trustrecruit is delighted to be part of the Octopus Network and NEAR Protocol as the first Appchain in the Octopus network to tackle verified recruitment in the web3.0 space. Job seekers on TrustRecruit are the owner of their data and are rewarded with $TRT tokens, the native token of TrustRecruit, with each viewing of their resume NFT on the Resume Marketplace.
Employers or recruiters can even purchase NFT Resumes, or fractions thereof, to earn rewards as an NFT owner. Each time a resume is viewed, the fee collected is shared with all the NFT owners. The idea is that by owning highly valued candidates’ NFTs, employers/recruiters are incentivized to promote them within their network for more views, inevitably creating more extensive exposure to opportunities for job seekers.
