「Oct-Pass metadata format Oct-0」 公開とパブリックコメント
「Oct-Pass metadata format Oct-0（Open Contents Token Spec ver.0）」の公開とパブリックコメント（意見募集）を行います。
パブリックコメントは2020年11月23日まで行い、意見に基づいてver.1となるOct-1の策定をおこなう予定です。Oct-1は、ブロックチェーンコンテンツ協会などの業界団体に草稿を提案し、2020年内に標準化をおこなうことを目指しております。
