About Client

The client’s interest in one of the odama shots on dribbble in task management. The client wanted to create a similar task manager for his own company, so he contacted Odama Studio to work together, starting from research, wireframe creation, design process, and design prototyping.

Client’s Need

We have discussed with Mrunang Rathod as the owner of this project, he needed a task manager which is easy to use and can make it easy to monitor, schedule, and manage tasks. He also wanted a modern design that looked clean and could optimize their task management.

The first thing we do

Before entering the design process, our UX team researches the existing task managers and combines them with the client's needs. We incorporate key features that can help simplify task management from that process. After the research process is complete, our UX team starts designing the wireframe, which will be converted into a HIFI design by our UI team.

We also ask the client’s opinion on the wireframe design, and the client accepts our idea.

Design Process

The client approved the wireframe that we made, and then we started to collect some mood boards that we used as inspiration in the High Fidelity design process. To facilitate the design process, we work on the core design of this task manager first. In this design process, the client provides some feedback so that the design is as expected.

In this design process, we need about three weeks, including correcting feedback from clients.

High Fidelity design overview

Design prototype

The High Fidelity design process is complete. To see how this application works, we created a design prototype to illustrate when this design was developed. Working on this prototype design took a long time because we tried to make it look like a ready-made task manager and make it easier for developers to realize our designs.

Prototype design overview

The project manager presents this project to the client. Finally, the client accepted the project, and they love all our work.
