Case Study — The Funnel HQ

We were tried to make the process of building, executing and managing omni channel funnels more efficient and more regimented. By optimizing our methods, putting into step by step like process — we can actually remove much of the bottle neck in our system, and ultimately scale our service much further and faster. This is massively useful to the consumer, because not only will they receive our Done For You templates and prebuilt system.

UX Research.
This is not a general project management platform — every single piece of this is geared towards digital marketing efforts and reducing the friction, confusion, unknown variables that keep teams and companies from successfully promoting, automating, and scaling their business.

Core Features
1. Integrate with other apps (Monday.com, asana, ESP’s, clickfunnels, shopify).
2. Automate notifications and reminders and ability to create your own automations.
3. Dashboard Sidebar to be able to auto hide and show when mouse hovers (so we need to design both versions).
4. Asset Library (storage) — a location within each project where you can keep all the docs, images, links, etc pertaining to the project.
5. Spreadsheets converted into formulas and data analysis. Find them here Content creator / Google docs like document creating (eg. jarvis or Monday.com)
6. Progress wheel for main Project dashboard
7. Client View (restricted view — only some elements. Added comment section as well)
8. Progress charts within each single project

Product & Brand.
This application logo symbolizes the identity of the funnel itself. Starting from the initials of the funnel, namely F, then the shape on the logo becomes smaller so that it symbolizes the funnel’s mission can be achieved.

Wireframe
We created a wireframe to get an idea of the structure of the page involving the most basic content and visuals before developing it into a mockup/high-fidelity design. The following are some wireframes from the Funnel HQ task management project.

Design System
This is the design system that we use, it has the same color and typography as the Product & Brand.

Helping Funnel become a modern, professional, and highly credible brand.
We focused on make users comfortable in using the web app funnel through design. We make it easy for automation to assign tasks, organize workflows, and assign deadlines to individual projects. The advantage of this product lies in its transparency, so teams can quickly put together and view their work with unique visuals.

Validate
We validate the product by doing Usability Testing. We discussed with each other to create UT Planning as a reference, and then iterated based on the input we received.
