After opening our Pandora page, click ‘Get Started’ and upload your chosen photo. Once your image is uploaded, ‘Openable & Engravable Love Locket Dangle Charm’ will automatically be selected in the dropdown menu, this resizes your image at 1cm x 1cm (note: this equates to 0.39 inches) which is perfect for this particular locket charm - we have tested it!

The cropper tool (a blue square highlighting the middle part of your photo) shows the section of photo that will be printed as a small 1cm square print.

This example shows how the blue cropping tool has been resized (made smaller by dragging the corner inwards) & moved to capture the two heads in the middle. The dark grey area surrounding the blue square cropper will not be printed.

It’s a good idea to move and reduce the size of the cropper tool so it captures and centralises the faces of the people in your photo. The print will be nice and little so you’ll want to focus on the faces of the person/people in your picture. If you have too much background or bodies/legs of people, their heads will probably be too tiny.

These example images illustrate how cropping your photo incorrectly could affect the heads/faces when cutting into a circle shape.

Be sure to check the ‘How it looks when it’s been printed out’ section further down the editing page so you can get a better idea of how your image will look when resized and printed.

A useful option on the website is ‘TILING’ which is located under the “How it looks when it’s been printed out” section. This will automatically be turned ON. It duplicates your locket image and fits as many as possible onto one 6" x 4" page. This means you get multiple prints for the same cost as one, taking away the worry when trimming your prints to go into your locket — if you make a mistake, you have plenty more!

The example above shows how the print would look when printed on a 6x4" page. It also shows tiling turned ‘on’ so the image has been duplicated multiple times.

It’s a good idea to check your print at the checkout before paying by clicking on the thumbnail to enlarge & review it.

Once you receive your prints in the post, use a scissors to carefully trim them down to a circle shape and fit into your locket.

You will end up with the perfect gift or keepsake! :)
