Bug Bounty Program — Oddz Incentivised Testnet

The Bug Bounty program will begin on June 25, 2021, and will continue at least till the end of the Incentivised Testnet program. We invite all interested traders, DeFi enthusiasts, developers and security experts to participate in this program to submit their valuable feedback and suggestions. The Bug Bounty program is aimed to find bugs as fast as we can. The Incentivised Testnet will give all community members a chance in testing and debugging the protocol.

It is not imperative that you have to find bugs or glitches in the codes or on the platform. Give us an amazing product idea or suggestion and you will be rewarded for it as well. A total of $10,000 worth of ODDZ tokens have been allocated for the Bug Bounty program.

Scope of Testing

The following components of Oddz need to be tested at the code level in this Bug Bounty program:

  • Basic functionalities of buying options contracts on Easy Options and Customised Options on Oddz.
  • Adding liquidity to the pool
  • Exercising and Expiration of contracts
  • Rewards from pooling and premium distribution
  • Oddz Leaderboard

We are also focused on the security level of our smart contracts and protecting the protocol from getting hacked.

How to participate in the Bug Bounty program?

If you are a developer or a security expert, follow the steps below to participate in the Bug Bounty Program -

  • Look for code-level bugs for the items mentioned in the scope of testing. The Github repositories for the same will be shared soon.
  • Create a word document or share a Google Document link, mentioning all the relevant information and bugs and submit them in our Bug Bounty Typeform (link for which will be shared on Oddz Telegram Announcement). All submissions related to the codes must be submitted using the Typeform link only.
  • All submissions will be reviewed and analysed by the Oddz technical team and you will be provided with feedback as soon as possible.

Prioritized Vulnerabilities

We are especially interested in receiving and rewarding vulnerabilities of the following types:

Smart Contracts/Blockchain:

  • Re-entrancy

We value your feedback and you can submit your suggestions in the feedback form that will be shared with you at a later date.

Submission of feedback is important for two purposes -

  • You will not qualify to receive any bounty in case you do not submit any feedback on your experience on the platform.
  • All participants of the Incentivised Testnet program will also have to submit the feedback form to receive the airdrop.

Leaderboard Challenge — Oddz Incentivised Testnet

The Leaderboard Challenge will begin on June 7, 2021 and will end on July 6, 2021. This challenge has been organised for one and all. You do not necessarily have to be a DeFi experienced trader or an experienced options trader in other markets.

Please note that all users need to have a Binance Smart Chain testnet added to their MetaMask wallet. In case you do not have one, click on any one of the buttons (e.g. Easy Options) when you open the testnet and you will get a similar pop-up on your screen.

Click on approve and you have added the Binance Smart Chain testnet to your MetaMask. You can now fill the Form for participation in the Incentivised Testnet program, where users also have to submit this Binance Smart Chain testnet address. Click on the account name to copy your public wallet address and paste it on the form to participate in the program.

You will also need the same address while asking for the test tokens from the protocol.

To ask for the test tokens, click on Peggy Tokens.

You will then be required to submit the wallet address where you want to receive the test tokens. Once you submit your address, the test tokens will soon be deposited in this wallet. These tokens can only be credited to your wallet once in 7 days. In case you have exhausted all your funds, you will have to wait till the end of the 7th day to get more tokens.

You need to note that our systems will be checking for ‘bad actors’ using the different setups we have placed. Do not transfer your tokens to another address. If you are caught doing so, both addresses will be added to the blocklist and you will be disqualified from the competition.

The wallets of all participants will be credited with $1000 worth of USDC tokens once every 7 days. They will have to request test tokens on the platform. All participants will be competing with one another to make maximum profits on the platform. This can be done in a variety of ways -

  • By buying call and put options on Easy and Customised Options
  • By providing liquidity in the Liquidity Pool and earning from the premium distributed among all LPs
  • A mix of the above two points.

The battle for the top 10 spots on the leaderboard will take place for 4 consecutive weeks, starting from June 7, 2021, and ending on July 6, 2021.

The winners of the leaderboard challenge will be announced at 14:00 hours UTC on July 6, 2021.

The distribution of ODDZ tokens among the top 3 winners on the leaderboard will be as follows -

1st — $2000

2nd — $1700

3rd — $1400

All traders ranking 4th to 10th will receive $700 worth of ODDZ tokens each.

Terms and Conditions:

  • To participate in the Leaderboard Challenge, all participants must purchase at least 1 options contract or provide liquidity to the pool on any day during the Incentivised Testnet Program.
  • Rewards will be distributed within 4 working days from the date of announcement of the winners.
  • The ODDZ tokens awarded to the winners will be BEP-20 tokens.
  • Any suspicious or fraudulent activity detected during the competition will result in straight disqualification from the Challenge.
  • Any ‘bad actor’ identified by Oddz team will be straightaway disqualified and all wallets associated with the ‘bad actor’ will be blocklisted.
  • The Leaderboard Challenge ends on July 6, 2021.
