The Victim

Over thirty-five years ago, after multiple episodes of paranoia and other alarming behavior, 18-year-old Tammy Lynn Leppert suddenly disappeared in Cocoa Beach, Florida, in the United States.

Born on February 5, 1965, Tammy was one of five children, her parents having divorced when she was seven-years-old; she was also the only still at home with her mother, Linda Curtis. At the time of her disappearance, in 1983, at the age of eighteen, she was living in Rockledge, Florida. In addition to living with her mother, her long-time friend, Wing Flanagan, also lived with them; Wing had been with them since he was eleven-years-old, was like a younger brother to Tammy.
