Freight Support Program Update
Mothership is committed to delivering what matters. Here’s an update on our COVID-19 Action Plan.
With the creation of our Freight Support Program last month, we set out to help combat COVID-19 by donating our shipping services to businesses willing to donate protective gear and medical supplies to healthcare workers on the front lines. We’re working together with our communities to help prevent the spread of coronavirus, and we’re extremely humbled to have partnered with a few outstanding organizations already.
Socal Tech for SoCal Hospitals
Mothership partnered with SoCal Tech for SoCal Hospitals to provide our freight services to aid in delivering over 80,000 KN95 face masks to healthcare workers at UCLA, Cedars-Sinai, and other medical professionals. Barco Uniforms Inc. and the Barco’s Nightingales℠ Foundation
We also partnered with Barco Uniforms Inc. and the Barco’s Nightingales℠ Foundation to provide complimentary shipping for their mask donation to first responders. Together we shipped and delivered 200,000 masks to USC Keck Medical Center, Stanford Health Care, Sinai Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente Northern California. We’re proud to have helped a few awesome organizations thus far, and have a couple trucks on the road as we speak, en route to deliver additional donations to those most in need. In freight, nothing’s done until the delivery is complete, so stay tuned for updates once these pallets reach their destination.
