[Update] SSU Pool Make Up Rewards

Hello Sunny Side Up Community!

Thank you all for being patient as we worked to resolve and provide a solution. Our team has fixed the TVL display issue for BNB-USDC and FTT-USDC pools.

We understand the inconvenience this may have caused those who have deposited into the affected two pools. Therefore, we will be making up the rewards for 4 days to those users.

**This form will close Monday, May 9, 2022 at 8:00 AM UTC. If there are more community members who claim to deposit two pools in the future, we will have another round of rewards distribution, but the exact time is TBD, so please fill out this form before May 9.

**We will make an announcement when all rewards have been sent.

Additionally, the currently listed pools will remain listed on our platform until further notice. IF there are any updates to come, we will be sure to notify our community in advance so please stay tuned for announcements and updates to our platform.
