Our technical team detected a flaw in our withdrawal system associated with multithreaded API requests. This loophole unfortunately enabled users to withdraw more than they were supposed to.

What measures have we taken to resolve the issue?

Our primary objective was to rectify this issue promptly to prevent a recurrence. Our team has introduced a locking mechanism at the API level to prevent users from sending multiple simultaneous requests that could potentially exploit the system.

What about the price of $OPL?

We fully recognize that this incident had a significant effect on the price of $OPL. We want to reassure you that our internal trading team acted swiftly and was able to mostly restore the price of $OPL, even though some trading did occur at the reduced price.
