D.G.P: Legends Release Notes (07/06/2022)
Greetings, Explorers!
We hope that you have been enjoying Legends over the past week. First and foremost, we would like to thank you for the amazing reception D.G.P: Legends BETA has had.
It is truly exciting to see everyone come together and enjoy the game. We have managed to collect a lot of data and will continue to do so in order to improve D.G.P: Legends BETA for everyone.
In today’s patch, we will be focusing on the following areas:
- Quality of Life (QoL) Changes
- System Fixes
- Balance Changes
Quality of Life (QoL) Changes
We have implemented several QoL changes to streamline your gameplay experience. With the improved quest tracker, you can now easily track your D.G.Pals’ existing quests and their completion rate. You will also be able to see which D.G.Pal has uncompleted quests in the team set-up screen.
System Fixes
We have fixed several audio and quest completion bugs, as well as a situation where quickplay might get softlocked.
Balance Changes
We have looked into several of the Egg Types that are outshining their counterparts, and have slightly pulled back on their power. The more detailed changes are listed below.
In the upcoming weeks, we will be continuing to monitor the performance of all Egg Types, specifically Flora and Marine, to determine the next round of Balance Changes.

Horror
Occult Remedy
• Healing reduced
• Duration reduced by 2 seconds
Scaly
Blistering Venom
• Duration reduced by 1 second
Shield Bane
• Duration reduced by 2 seconds
Toxic Sphere
• Damage over time aura range and damage reduced
• Duration reduced by 1 second
Marine
Cry of the Sea
• Now lasts for the intended duration
Sky
Terrascorch Inferno
• Damage reduced
• Duration reduced by 1 second
SYSTEM UPDATES
• Quests can now be sorted by completion rate.
• The D.G.Pal’s name has been added to their respective quests on the quest tracker.
• Quest tracker will now prioritise displaying the quests of the D.G.Pals in your current team set-up.
• The team selection menu will now display an icon to indicate that the D.G.Pal still has incomplete quests.
• Every D.G.Pal portrait in team set-up now has a background colour corresponding to its Egg Type.
RESOLVED ISSUES
• Several audio issues have been fixed.
• Several quest completion issues have been fixed.
• A quickplay softlock issue with Ultra Rare D.G.Pal owners has been fixed.
KNOWN ISSUES
- During combat, the D.G.Pal may sometimes attack from the wrong position.
• During combat, the D.G.Pal may not show the correct animation when it is defeated.
• During combat, the D.G.Pal may sometimes attack a target that was already defeated.
