Royale Finance’s First Round of Private Placement Sells Out
Building off its recent successful seed round closure, the ROYA token continues to be in demand from crypto enthusiasts.

Royale.Finance recently closed a seed round with a small number of early supporters, including Kyros Ventures, Vendetta Capital among others. It was an excellent opportunity to integrate new skills and communities into the project and start bootstrapping. After this small $350,000 seed round, we received numerous requests to be part of future private placements. This post is to update our community on the progress of our currently happening.
$ROYA first Private Placement Round
In our initial pitch deck, Royale.Finance outlined a tiered token distribution structure that included three private rounds, including our successful seed round. The emphasis during these rounds, during which the ticket size was designed to decrease, is to seek out and include future strategic stakeholders.
The first round of Private Placement distributes 7.9% of the $ROYA supply (5,688,000 $ROYA) at $0.07 per ROYA. The minimum and maximum ticket sizes are $2000 and $5,000. At full subscription, the value of the round is $400,000. We are so grateful to our growing community on Twitter (2,000 followers) and Telegram (1,000 members) for helping us to reach this goal that once, only a short while ago, seemed so far out of reach. Interested parties can still participate in this Private Placement Round by applying using the form below to express your interest. We undergo a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and if all conditions are met, we will contact you to go further in the process.

Announcing the Start of P2 Placement Round
Due to the increasing demand for participation and closing of our P1 round, we are now moving forward to the next Private Placement event, affectionately known around the virtual office as P2. This last event will occur between 03/12/2020 and end before 24/12/2020. We aim at distributing 3% of the $ROYA supply, or 2,222,222 $ROYA for $0.09 USDC per ROYA.
The minimum and maximum ticket sizes are $1,000 and $5,000. The hard cap for P2 is a mere $200,000. Due to the tremendous interest in our first Private Placement Round, we expect this tier to be sold out as fast as the first one was. So get ready!
