YLD is a team of motivated and experienced individuals passionate for software engineering and dream of making digital transformation possible for everyone. However, YLD is not your average Node.js software engineering firm. They make corporate social responsibility a primary focus, and as such, were very enthusiastic about creating an opportunity for someone from an underrepresented group to attend Offline Camp by creating a diversity sponsorship.

Offline Camp is just one of the many Offline First-related community events YLD has been involved in. Recently they participated in the HospitalRun Lisbon Hackathon, by leading one of the hacking teams to demonstrate how local developers can volunteer their skills for a greater, life-saving purpose. HospitalRun is an open source, Offline First, modern EMR/HIS platform built specifically for the developing world.

We’re proud to partner with YLD in pushing the Offline First movement forward.
