Offset is looking for a senior iOS developer
Hello, we’re Offset, the digital product studio at MOO. We’re currently working on launching our first major product, an iOS app called Monogram.
We’re looking for a senior iOS developer to join our team on a 3–6 month contract to help build out Monogram beyond 1.0.
You’ll be an experienced iOS developer, having built and launched applications as part of a team. You’ll know how to make decisions for an early stage product, balancing the desire for well designed software with the need to move quickly, and learn from our early users.
You’ll enjoy working closely with designers to tweak graphics and tune animations until everything is looking just right, but you’ll know when it’s good enough.
Ideally, you’ll have some experience of writing web APIs (we have a simple backend in Ruby on Rails), and systems administration (we’re using Heroku at the moment), but it’s not strictly required.
We’re writing increasing portions of our app in Swift, so we’d love it if you had some experience of it, even if only in personal projects. Experience with ReactiveCocoa would also be useful, but not necessary.
