Offset bonsai (Taylor) Swift and a new friend.

Building off of last week’s A-ha! moment, we’ve spent this week heads down making product changes — big and small — that’ll make for a better, more sticky user experience.

Inspired by our newfound (and I’m sure temporary) clarity, this week’s notes are a collection of haikus.

Clarity

Atomic level -

What’s our most basic unit?

An answer! …for now.

Engagement

Poke. Like. Favorite.

Meaningful validation

Strangers, friends alike.

Feedback

“What a beaut!” they say,

“More context, (prayer emoji)*?”

Yes. Ch-ch-changes.

Reminder

Almost out the door,

“But what of this and that?” (sigh)

Not perfect; it’ll do.

*Because it’s unclear the rules surrounding emojis, their written descriptors, and their inclusion in haikus, I recognize and actively ignore the eighth syllable in this line.
