Social creators marketplace OGQ has officially announced they signed a partnership agreement to supply IP content to Samsung Electronics’ Good Lock.
Good Lock is a Galaxy-exclusive suite of apps introduced by Samsung Electronics in 2016 that allows for deep customization of user interface (UI) on smartphones and tablets. It provides a variety of modules such as Theme Park, Wonderland, Pentastick, and Nevista. The app currently has over 50 million downloads in 33 countries.
OGQ is planning to supply its creators’ content to Samsung Electronics’ Good Lock. This deal will enable Good Lock users to access a wide variety of OGQ’s IP content including stickers, images, videos to customize UI on their electronic devices. It will also help OGQ creators to expand their fan base both domestically and internationally.
Vanessa Chung, the leader of department for Market Expansion at OGQ, said: “This partnership will be a great opportunity to serve creators’ content to the world and expand their communication with fans. We will put more effort into activating our creators’ IP assets and growing the ecosystem.”
OGQ is a marketplace for IP content where creators can trade content such as images, videos, fonts, stickers, sound sources, and 3D assets used on the metaverse services.
