  • First Air Date: 12 July 2023
  • Audience Rating (if available): 66% (Rotten Tomatoes)
  • Critical Rating (if available): 95% (Rotten Tomatoes)
  • Genre: Comedy, Drama, Mystery thriller
  • Bingeability (1–10, subjective): 6— A little more watchable the second time around I think. It’s more complicated than S1 so you might miss parts.
  • Likeability (1–10, subjective): 9 — Every episode of this show is gold

This show is something else. Every single actor in it is fantastically well chosen and great to watch. I was worried that Season 2 wouldn’t hold up to Season 1 but if anything, I enjoyed it more. Shouldn’t be much of a surprise with Chris Miller and Phil Lord still running things but you never know until you watch a thing.

It’s inevitable that you’ll make comparisons to Knives Out/Glass Onion and it’s completely appropriate that you do. Like Glass Onion, Season 2 of this show is its own thing. Same flavours but a whole different meal.

The thing is fantastically put together and anything else I write would be superfluous.

That said, I really don’t know how I feel about a potential Season 3.
