OIN Coin Public Sale Instructions

As we are only days away from the public sale, we would like to take a moment to lay out the process and to get our community prepared to take part. Check out the instructions below, and ensure you understand fully what you’ll require before Wednesday to avoid any hiccups!

NOTE: PLEASE ONLY SEND FUNDS TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE. WE WILL NOT ASK FOR YOU TO TRANSFER TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS, SO PLEASE STAY VIGILANT!

Each participant spot is for 7,500 OIN, at $0.08 USDT.
The maximum number of registrants is 5,000, of which 320 will be drawn to participate.

What you should see for our public sale. Be sure to check the URL!

Process:

1. Set up an email account and an ERC20 wallet address; confirm in advance whether the email is working normally (e.g. check your spam box) and that the ERC20 wallet is valid.

2. Once registration is open, select your country of residence from the drop-down menu.

3. Open the crowdfunding page and wait for the opening time. Afterwards, enter your email address, fill in the captcha, and click to send the verification code to your e-mail.

4. Log in to your mailbox to receive the verification code sent by the system.

5. Fill the verification code and ERC20 wallet address on the application, and click Reservation.

6. After the registration is successful, the system will prompt a confirmation notice and return a registration number. The details of your registration will also be displayed in the public list.

7. After waiting for the lottery block to arrive, the system will announce the lottery HASH value. If the last digit of your wallet address matches the last digit of the lottery HASH value, the lottery is awarded — you win!

8. You can also use the system to enter your wallet address, or email address, or registration number to check whether you have won the lottery. If you’ve won the lottery, the system will display the crowdfunding QR code and crowdfunding address (ERC20 USDT) information on the page. YOU ONLY TRANSFER FUNDS IF YOU’VE WON THE DRAW!

9. Deposit funds to the announced crowdfunding address (600 ERC20 USDT) within 100 blocks after the announcement of the lottery block (expected within 30 minutes after the lottery draw).

10. Once payment is complete, we will transfer the OIN coins to your ERC20 wallets at a later date. This date will be announced at a later time.

Details

Registration opens:

Start: August 26, 2020 at 8:00 PM Hong Kong Time

Registration end period:

Latest close: August 26, 2020 at 8:30 PM Hong Kong Time

NOTE: There are two scenarios for registration ending:

A. The number of successful registrations reaches 5,000, OR;

B. The number of registrations is less than 5,000, but the time has reached 30 minutes after the start of the registration.

The system records the block height at the current time as the cut-off block height, and 100 blocks are added and taken as the lottery block height.

Draw

After the registration is closed, the system will announce the closing block height and the lottery block height.

After the Ethereum network block reaches the specified lottery block height, the system announces the HASH value corresponding to the lottery block height.

The height of the lottery block is increased by 100 blocks as the height of the end of the crowdfunding block. The winning participant is requested to complete the crowdfunding before the end of the crowdfunding block height.

RULES

1. Duplicate registrations with e-mails and wallet addresses will be disqualified. The total share of a single user is 7,500 OIN, and the unit price is 1 OIN = $0.08 USDT. In case of cheating, attack, etc., the user’s crowdfunding qualification will be revoked.
2. According to the probability, 320*16=5120 people, we have capped the max number of registrations to 5,000. There may be more than one matching the HASH value — as many as > 320, then the actual number of winners is up to 320 in chronological order. If the number of HASH value matches is less than 320, the actual number of winners is as submitted. The bottom line is to fill up 320 people in the order of time.

Security

1. Please do not use the wallet address that has not won the lottery or send funds to the crowdfunding address after the crowdfunding time has passed, which may cause the loss of funds for the payment.
2. If the system suffers unexpected errors, attacks or modifications during the crowdfunding process, the project party has the right to terminate the process, cancel the crowdfunding file, and choose another crowdfunding time.
3. The confirmation code sent will be a graph-based code/captcha.
4. An e-mail address MUST be submitted alongside a wallet address.
