August — Blockchain Industry Report

(August 1st — August 31st, 2018)

This monthly report is copublished by OK Blockchain Capital & OKCoin Korea.

In this report we conducted a survey in the Korean crypto community and analysed the data gathered from Korean investors. We observed strong confidence for crypto market’s future price in these samples. Also, we saw some preference on certain type of cryptocurrencies for Korean investors.

August is not a quiet month for crypto market. We saw some big price plumges and we also saw the price recovered after that. Meanwhile, there are some big news from regulation side. For example, some Bitcoin ETF got rejected by SEC and Chinese government banned some cryptocurrency medias.
