#WorldWide100Challenge — Bolivia — 21/100

The lucky first to be presented this week in our #WorldWide100Challenge is Samuel Gonzales from Bolivia. He has decided to share their story with us, keep reading to know more about his amazing journey in the UK.

“Hello! My name is Samuel Gonzales. I am 22 years old and I am from Bolivia, a country right in the heart of South America. I have been living in the UK for approximately 3 years already. I am currently in my last year of International Business at Nottingham Trent University.

What I like from the UK is diversity, it is fascinating to find so many nationalities, cultures living together and sharing experiences in one place. Another aspect I like about the UK is the historical places it has, as an amateur photographer I love travelling around the country discovering new cities and I never get tired from the fantastic views the country offers.

One of the goals I set when I arrived in the UK was to visit the most cities I could, so far I have travelled to 12 cities within the UK, my favourites cities are Nottingham, Newcastle upon Tyne and Manchester. Fun fact, every city has its own vibe whether is nightlife, nature, history or lifestyle.

I am more than happy that during these years I have made many friendships from different places around the world such as Europe, Middle East and Latin America.

One of the things that surprised me the most about the UK is how well connected the country is, I can easily travel from one city to another by driving 1 hour or if I am feeling lazy I can take the train, grab a snack and enjoy the view.
