On August 5th, the CEO of PlayPad, Onur Işık, joined a live Ask Me Anything session on the official OKC Telegram channel and answered questions from the OKC team and the community.
The event's purpose was to introduce PlayPad to the OKC Community.

Introduction
Host: Hello everyone! Welcome to another AMA session in OKC Community. Today we have the honor of inviting the CEO of PlayPad, Onur Işık.
Before I start the first session, can you introduce yourself to our community?
Onur Işık: Sure.
My name is Onur. I graduated from a well-known technical university in Turkey with honor graduates. Before creating the PlayPad, I worked in the industrial equipment, automotive, and tourism sectors as an executive and business development manager in different countries. I have been in the crypto industry as a trader and a manager for six years. And Since June 2021, I have been the CEO of PP Technology and Software Limited, and PlayPad is our first project on the crypto market as we launched in November 2021.

Host: Please, give us a brief introduction to your team.
Onur Işık: There are sixteen people currently working in PlayPad, and the number is increasing steadily because our business and the number of projects are growing. Also, the number of people in PlayPad is growing because we have new services and departments under PlayPad IQ Incubation Zone, including Fundamentals, Design, Development, and Marketing.
All the people in PlayPad are very experienced in their verticals and areas. Recently we have decided that all of our people should be shown on Linkedin transparently as we would like our community to see that Playpad is backed by many people with great backgrounds and qualities.
Host: What does PlayPad stand for? A Launchpad or an Incubator?
Onur Işık: PlayPad is the multi-chain, next-generation Launchpad. And also, Playpad has just established an incubator called IQ Zone Incubator with a strong team and many services, which is a necessary support for the crypto projects to be successful in the market.

Host: Can you briefly describe what differentiates PlayPad from others?
Onur Işık: Actually, I can say a lot of points about that:

Host: Let’s talk about Future goals now. What’s next in line for PlayPad and IQ Zone Incubator? What are the Future goals or Ambitions, and how would this Better the Crypto space even more?
Onur Işık: From a short-term perspective, considering the current market conditions, we will focus on helping our projects grow through our IQ Zone services. We are very proud of our new IQ Zone website section — https://playpad.app/incubation.
The new interface allows, for example, to introduce and present our incubated projects to the VCs by providing a link to our website page, where all the information about every project is displayed most efficiently (tokenomics, roadmap, etc.). Investors can connect their wallets and invest directly on the page.
From a long-term perspective, we aim to increase the influence and market reach of PlayPad beyond today’s leading launchpads and incubation centers through some important steps;
1- PlayPad Launchpad will only do launches of uniquely top-tier promising projects.
2- IQ Zone Incubator will incubate quality projects which will generate double and triple-digit X ROI projects which will be listed under the top 1 CEX.
