OkeyDokey Standing Advisors — Serck-Joo Hong

OkeyDokey is pleased to have the highly experienced Serk-Joo Hong as a standing adviser on our project.

Mr. Hong graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with an MBA and Seoul National University with BA in Business Administration. He now has over 38 years of experience within the commercial banking sector, most notably in the areas of securities financing, investments and corporate M&A advisory.

He served as the President and CEO of a number of companies. These include ;

Cho Hung Bank — one of the oldest and largest commercial banks in Korea (later merged with Shinhan Bank)

Korea Investment Corp(KIC) — Korea’s sovereign wealth fund.

Korea Securities Finance Co.

Mr Hong’s illustrious career also saw him have Executive Adviser positions for A.T. Kearney Korea and Kang & Co and he was a Non-executive Director for KTB Asset Management and Samsung SDI.

Currently, Mr Hong runs Locus Capital Partners, a Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory, which he founded in 2011.

With his experience added to that of our other advisers and employees, OkeyDokey is in the best position to succeed and we are looking forward to our project making the sharing economy a reality.
