Meet Paula. Paula has joined our Project Management Team to take on new challenges and coordinate projects based on her previous experience working with multicultural teams from the UK, Finland, Ukraine and Estonia. She has graduated from the Tallinn University of Technology mastering Business Management and Marketing.
She has previous experience working with the automotive industry, product development cycles and sales. She has managed projects for KIA’s online presence in the Baltic countries, helped to release a British jazz-funk band site and worked with companies to develop their sales processes.
Startups are a big part of the tech scene and having some experience participating in a startup is a big value. Paula worked with an Estonian startup to innovate home automation and bring it closer to people. She gained a lot of insight how startups function and operate. This know-how helps Paula with her everyday tasks running digital projects.
