Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Donuts

What you will need:
Mini Donut Maker (bought mine on amazon) — You can also purchase a mini donut baking pan if you’d rather use an oven!
- Mixing Bowl
- Liquid/Dry measuring cup
- Whisk
- Wax Paper
- Plastic Fork
Ingredients
For donuts
- Kodiak Cakes — Buttermilk Protein Packed
- Quest Cinnamon Crunch Protein — I bought packets at GNC if you’d rather not buy a whole tub!)
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Whole Egg
- Truvia — or sweetener of your choice
Protein Glaze
- 1 scoop Quest Cinnamon Crunch Protein
- Vanilla Almond Butter — Can use any almond butter of your choice
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Directions:
DONUT: Mix 2 cups of Kodiak Cake, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/3 cup of water, 1 large egg, 4 TBSP Truvia, mix thourougly.
PROTEIN GLAZE FROSTING: 2 scoops Cinnamon Crunch Quest Protein, 1 TBSP almond butter, slowly add unsweetened almond milk until a thick paste
Turn on mini donut maker, once light indicates it is heated you are ready to get started. In measuring cup pour donut mix onto donut maker filling each just under the line. Lower lid until green light indicates donut is cooked. Remove donut with fork onto wax paper. Let donuts cool, then add frosting! Sprinkle with cinnamon toast crunch cereal (optional) and enjoy!
If you choose to buy the pan, preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease donut pan. Bake 15- 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Each batch should make around 44 donuts. Be sure to share or else you’ll end up consuming all…roughly — 1,100 calories … All things in moderation!
